Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Niatse — including the mobile app, web dashboard, USSD service, or WhatsApp integration — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users: business owners, freelancers, Susu circle members, and employees invited to payroll.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using Niatse, you represent that you are not prohibited from doing so by any applicable law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@niatse.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Niatse only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any activity that violates Ghanaian law or the laws of the jurisdiction in which you operate. Misuse of Susu circles — including collecting contributions without intent to pay out — is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Financial data and accuracy
Niatse helps you organise and analyse your financial data, but we are not a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or bank. The Harmony Score, AI insights, and analytics are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including SMS receipts submitted for parsing. Always verify important figures with a qualified professional.
6. Fees and payments
Niatse may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are described in your subscription plan at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Niatse platform are owned by Ronel Agency Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your own data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your business records, transactions, or client information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronel Agency Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Niatse, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana.
